Youth Education, Groups, and Scouts, Oh My!

At the forefront of our programs is our Youth Education Program. In animal rescue, liability issues preclude many shelters and animal rescue groups from being able to offer programs directed at kids. Here at DaphneyLand, we have the unique ability to offer various youth groups hands-on involvement with canines. Our supervised program begins with feeding, scooping, walking, basic obedience, and grooming. We tailor our youth programs to fit the age and interests of the specific group.

Girl Scout programs such as bronze, silver, and gold awards, make us a regular part of the scouting programs.	We feature a “Welcoming Committee.”
Bath Days benefit the hounds and kids!	Birthdays…and group get-togethers!
Groomers and vet techs join in the fun!
